Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your RadGuide Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@radguide.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. 14-day right to cancel (consumers in the UK/EU)

Under UK consumer law (and the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — unless you have already started accessing the digital content during that 14-day period and expressly agreed to waive your right to cancel.

By starting a Pro subscription and accessing locked content (e.g. Pro lessons, downloadable PowerPoints), you acknowledge that performance has begun and that your statutory right to cancel for a refund may be lost. If you have not accessed any Pro content, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund.

3. Refunds outside the cooling-off period

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe your situation justifies a refund — for example a duplicate charge, an accidental renewal you tried to cancel, or a service outage — please contact us within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions follow the same 14-day cooling-off rule above. After day 14, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel renewal at any time.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
